Last Thursday my husband and I after being frustrated with other dealers drove to Jones Hyundai because we figured if they couldn't find us what we wanted in Jones junction we were being to picky. We arrived walked a round a bit when a very pleasant man approached us Mike Girken (sorry if I spelled that wrong) it was his day off! He was there to meet another buyer. He asked us what we were looking for an what our must haves were things we didn't want. Then we were on our way. We were there from 12pm thru 7pm when we finally signed all the paper work our our new car. We felt awful since it was mikes day off. I just wanna say I have never in my life gone to buy a car an felt more like the man's family then his next sale. He was patient, he was there every step of the way . Our situation was difficult because of our trade. But it never bothered him. After we finished up the paper work an our car came down from being cleaned , Mike went out put our tags on Sat in the car for at least another 30 minutes an showed us everything this car did .. (which blew my mind) it was like being there with my dad. He made us feel so comfortable , I even hugged him before we left. Mikes customer service was A++++ . I have told so many friends an family about him and our experience he has a customer for life! I just wanted to say thank you for making our car buying experience perfect an getting us the car we want the payment we needed an the down payment we could afford.
