Selecting the Perfect Hyundai Sonata for You

Drive around Baltimore in style in a Hyundai Sonata. There are four different trim levels to consider. The team here at Bel Air Hyundai wants to tell you all about these trims and help you decide which one would be right for you.

The first model is known as the SE. Underneath the hood of this trim is a 2.5-liter four-cylinder that will generate 191-horsepower and 181 pound-feet of torque. It has great tech features, such as an 8-inch touchscreen with Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. It also gives drivers here in Owings Hills standard Bluetooth and a USB port.

Features and Trims Available on the Hyundai Sonata

Being a Hyundai vehicle, there are also plenty of standard driver aids to be found in the Hyundai Sonata. These include adaptive cruise control, lane departure warning, lane keep assist, a rearview camera, and forward-collision warning with automatic emergency braking and pedestrian detection. There is also a useful driver attention monitor.

The next trim is the SEL. It keeps all of the great features from the SE, plus adds heated front seats, dual-zone automatic climate control, satellite radio, and an eight-way power-adjustable driver's seat. Outside, it gets heated side mirrors and a hands-free power trunk.

Your next option is known as the SEL Plus. This model is powered by a turbocharged 1.6L four-cylinder that will produce 180 horsepower and 195 pound-feet of torque. Feature-wise, this trim gains wireless charging, simulated leather and suede upholstery, and a 12.3-inch digital instrument display.

Finally, you can choose to go with the Limited trim. Many sophisticated and luxurious features are added for this model, including genuine leather upholstery. It also adds ventilated front seats, a power-adjustable front passenger seat, a panoramic sunroof, and a leather-wrapped dashboard. Tech-wise, it gets a beautiful 10.25-inch touchscreen as well as standard navigation.

The Limited trim also gets some more standard driver aids. It adds the very popular surround-view camera. Other additions here include a head's up display, front and rear parking sensors, a blind spot camera, and reverse automatic emergency braking.
